The Midcentury Wolff Residence was built in 1961 by internationally famous Los Angeles-based architect John Lautner, AIA. Employing stone, glass, and copper, it is one of the best representations of Lautner's Midcentury Masterpieces, and one of his "favorite five" commissions. The living room on the top floor of The Wolff Residence is wrapped by two 16-foot walls of glass, bringing in views of Los Angeles and beyond. Outside on the terrace, a monumental eucalyptus traverses all floors, partially embraced by a side rock wall as tall as the entire residence. The bottom floor features a pool that allows you to float away from the residence and peer down on the city below.
